Infection Control
Our new dental unit has been designed with the best infection-control specifications. Our sterilization procedures achieve the highest standard, using a vacuum autoclave (Planmeca Perla) which fulfils the strictest requirements of the European Standard EN 13060.

Safety of dental and surgical procedures
Many of the dental and surgical procedures are carried-out in zones of the mouth with limited access and no direct view of the operatory area.
To ensure the best results we use digital X-rays that give us instant high definition images (no time wasted for processing, no chemicals spread into the environment, low radiation for the patient). Being able to get the image immediately is very helpful in case of any doubt during a procedure, instead of going ahead, blindly, and putting the patient at risk of an error.
If you need a full mouth X-ray, OPG, is digital too. With the same advantage of being ready in an instant, Digital OPG dramatically reduces the amount of radiation for the patient, and is environmentally friendly with no chemicals for processing.

When providing Root Canal Therapy
We have the privilege to use the electronic apex locator which enables us to know with a 0.25mm accuracy the exact location of the apex of the tooth. This tool also enables us to control the progress of the tool inside the root canal and the torque applied to avoid fracture.
It eliminates the need for multiple radiographic exposures during root canal procedures. This Root ZX II is the perfect device for a safe and effective root canal treatment.

When placing Dental Implants
We use the powerful SIMPLANT software that enables us to plan and virtually preview the surgical procedure from a 3d scan of the jaw. With a 3d manipulation of the images and the perfect accuracy of measurements, the exact location of anatomical landmarks, it is then possible to locate exactly the place of future Dental Implants and choose a perfectly suitable Dental Implant (size, length, diameter) to fit the Dental Implant site.
With this system there is no guessing. SimPlant is precise preoperative planning software that provides an increased level of confidence and an extra margin of safety for our patients.

When making Porcelain Veneers, Crowns or Bridges
Finding the perfect shade that matches the neighbouring teeth can prove difficult when creating Porcelain Veneers, Crowns and Bridges. Thanks to the Vita Easyshade, this is no longer an issue. This device acts as an electronic eye which analyses the reference shade to match and translate it into a dental-lab friendly language to make sure the final work will reproduce every tone of a natural tooth.
